Who we are

We are
problem solvers

Consultants and integrators since 2000. Control panels, PLC and SCADA software out of Lakewood Ranch, Florida, with an oil and gas operation in Houston, Texas.

Home/Who We Are

Since 2000

Twenty-six years
of plants that run

We are consultants and integrators, not a product line. We design, program and commission the systems that keep industrial processes running, and we stay reachable after startup.

Control panels and SCADA are the centre of the practice, from a single skid to a plant delivered under federal contract.

What we sell is not the equipment. It is the judgement to pick a control strategy that fits the process, and the discipline to document it so the next engineer, ours or yours, can pick it up.

Why it matters who does the work

The loop nobody
could ever tune

Senior control experts know things they do not teach in school.

On a consistency, density or temperature loop, the standard move is a $45,000 transmitter on the main flow, wired straight to the valve on the controlled flow. Virtually every major engineering house does it. It is very simple, and it is very wrong.

Read why

Wrong because the deviation rarely starts at the valve. It arrives from upstream: inlet temperature, header pressure, a production rate the loop was never asked to absorb. So the loop gets retuned, for years, with no success: tuning was never the problem.

What fixes it is a strategy aimed at where the disturbance starts: feedforward on the variable that moves first, ratio control where the ratio is what matters, cascade where the header shifts. That costs engineering hours, not forty-five thousand dollars of instrument. It is the judgement we were hired for in 2000, and it is still what we sell.

What we do

What the work returns

Five things a plant
gets back

These are what a control project is bought for. Naming them keeps the scope honest: if a change does not move one of the five, it is decoration, and we will say so before you pay for it.

  1. 01

    Output

More product through the same asset, because the loop holds setpoint instead of hunting around it.

  2. 02

    Cost to run

Less over-dosing, less rework and less energy spent correcting a process that was never stable to begin with.

  3. 03

    Reach

Capacity and traceability that qualify a plant for contracts it could not bid on before, including federal ones.

  4. 04

    Shared view

Operators, contractors and corporate reading the same historized data instead of three spreadsheets that disagree.

  5. 05

    Cycle time

Shorter production cycles, because each step stops waiting for someone to confirm the last one finished.

Our mission

Deliver automation that drives efficiency and reliability, in traditional and renewable energy alike.

Stated plainly, because the version with adjectives helps nobody: high-quality automation, built so our clients succeed in the sectors they already operate in and the ones they are moving into.

Why us

Four answers,
before you ask

Every integrator says they are experienced and certified. So are we, and it is on this page. These are the four things that actually differ, written as the objections we hear.

“Support ends when the job ends.”

Not here. Two lines, and the engineer who wrote the code picks up. One Florida wastewater plant has run under our support for over three years, across three successive contracts.

“The code belongs to the integrator.”

Not ours. Commented PLC and HMI source, in the platform’s native format, delivered to you. An integrator who keeps the source is selling you a dependency, not a control system.

“You will write it your way.”

We write to your standard when you have one. The Daimler and BMW body shops were programmed to the customer’s own PLC standard end to end. The harder way, and the correct one.

“You will sell us what we don’t need.”

If a bigger transmitter or another panel will not move one of the five above, we say so before you pay for it. Losing that scope costs us less than being wrong about it.

Federal contracting

Vendor profile

We hold an active vendor registration and deliver under federal contract, including controls work on solar generation across the United States. Everything a contracting officer needs to find us is on this page, in the format they search for.
