i3 Automations & Controls delivers advanced industrial control solutions, with control panels and SCADA systems at the centre of the practice. We are certified on the leading supervisory platforms and carry deep experience in wastewater treatment, paper mills and solar generation.
Our work includes government contracts and solar plant projects across the United States. What we sell is not a product line: it is the judgement to pick a control strategy that fits the process, and the discipline to document it so the next engineer — ours or yours — can pick it up.

Our mission

Stated plainly, because the version with adjectives helps nobody: high-quality automation solutions, built so our clients succeed in the sectors they already operate in and the ones they are moving into.
How we work
Strategy first,
hardware second
A better transmitter will not rescue a loop that was tuned wrong, and a bigger PLC will not rescue logic nobody documented. We start at the process, then specify what it actually needs.

Understand the process
P&IDs, existing logic, and a conversation with whoever runs the plant at night. The constraints are rarely in the drawings.

Choose the strategy
Control philosophy, alarm rationalisation and the instrument list that follows from them — in that order, never the reverse.

Build and test
The panel is wired and tested in our shop, and the code is simulated against it before either one reaches your site.

Commission and hand over
Loop checks, startup, operator training, and as-built drawings that match the installation. Then annual support if you want it.
